Jennifer is an associate in the litigation and dispute resolution department with McEvoy Corporate Law. She is experienced in advising on a broad range of contentious matters, with a particular focus on High Court and Commercial Court banking and corporate disputes, civil fraud and insolvency matters.
Jennifer joined the team in February 2018. She trained in a top-ranked Irish law firm and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland, and also in England and Wales, in 2013. Following qualification, Jennifer worked for a US law firm in London where she represented a global investment bank in relation to a large multi-jurisdictional regulatory investigation in respect of the foreign exchange trading market. She then worked for a boutique commercial litigation disputes firm in London where she gained a wealth of experience in complex banking and financial disputes including claims against large financial institutions in respect of the mis-selling of financial products and alleged manipulation of LIBOR, and acting for a fund manager in relation to significant Commercial Court proceedings involving disputes as to fees associated with investment of capital investment funds into complex structured products.
Jennifer is committed to delivering focussed and strategic advice to clients in respect of often detailed and complex high-value disputes.
